  • Your registration will only be confirmed upon receiving your payment. An official receipt will be sent to you within 10 working days upon receiving your payment.
  • Pre-registration closes on 23rd July 2025. Submissions received after this date will be considered as on-site registration.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Request for cancellation/replacement must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, by 1st July 2025 at the latest. The organising committee regrets that requests received after this date will not be entertained.
  • Please take note that refunds (deduction of SGD5 for local participants and deduction of 20% administrative fee for international participants) will be issued after the event.
