Professor Lee Yung Seng Lee graduated from NUS and completed his paediatrics specialist training at the National University Hospital.  Currently He is the Group Director of Paediatrics, National University Health System, and concurrently the Head of the Khoo Teck Puat-National University Children’s Medical Institute, and head of the department of Paediatrics, National University Hospital.  He is a practicing Senior Consultant Paediatrician in the Division of Paediatric Endocrinology, Department of Paediatrics, Khoo Teck Puat- National University Children’s Medical Institute, National University Hospital. Prof Lee is also the Head of department, Department of Paediatrics, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He is awarded the Dean’s Chair, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine NUS, in 2018 in recognition of impactful scholarly accomplishments.  He is the immediate past president of the Asia Pacific Paediatric Endocrine Society (APPES), and the immediate past president of the College of Paediatrics and Child Health, Academy of Medicine, Singapore.  Professor Lee has more than 230 peer reviewed publications in the area of childhood obesity, developmental origins of heath and disease, and paediatric endocrinology.
