NC Elaine Chan is a neonatal nurse with more than 20 years of experience. She leads a team of homecare nurses in coordinating care and training for caregivers with babies with multiple homecare needs; transiting them from hospital to home into the community. Besides her interest in neonatal homecare, she is an ECMO specialist and the co-chair of the KKH Early Baby Bird Club which provides support, education and holds events for the premature babies and their families.
