Dr. Warren Lee is currently serves as the Director of Dr. Warren Lee’s Pediatrics, Growth & Diabetes Centre Pte Ltd. In addition, he holds the position of Visiting Consultant in the Endocrinology Service at the Department of Pediatric Medicine in KKH (2008-2023).
Dr. Lee’s extensive medical qualifications include an MBBS from NUS in 1985, an M Med in Pediatrics in 1992, and FAMS (Pediatric Medicine) in 1997. He further pursued his education and obtained FRCP from London in 2000 and FRCPCH from the UK in 2007.
Throughout his career, Dr. Lee has made significant contributions to the field of pediatrics. He completed an HMDP in Endocrinology & Diabetes at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne from 1995 to 1996. He held various positions, including Senior Registrar at SGH Pediatrics in 1996 and Consultant at KKH Pediatrics in 1998. Dr. Lee’s expertise led him to become a Senior Consultant at KKH in 2002. He also served as the Head of Service for KKH Endocrinology (2000-2006) and KKH General Ambulatory Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine (2006-2008). Even after transitioning to a part-time role in 2008, Dr. Lee continues to contribute as a Visiting Consultant.
Dr. Lee has also been actively involved in governmental and public service roles. He chaired the Feedback Group on Health at MCYS from 2000 to 2001 and the Advisory Committee on Adolescent Medicine at MOH from 2006 to 2008. Dr. Lee has served as a Member of the National Council Against Drug Abuse (NCADA, MHA) from 2017 to 2022 and as a member of the Disciplinary Committee for Anti-Doping Singapore since 2010.
Dr. Lee is an esteemed member of several academic societies, including the Singapore Pediatric Society, Diabetic Society of Singapore (where he held the position of past President and currently serves as an advisor), and various international organizations such as the American Diabetes Association, European Society for Pediatric Endocrinology, and The Pituitary Society, among others.
