SIPPAC 2026 – Abstract Submission

The Organising Committee invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts for SiPPAC 2026 Congress.
We invite research – based or quality improvement – based abstracts from Doctors, Medical Students, Allied Health Professionals and Nurses.
Accepted abstracts will be selected for oral or poster presentations. Outstanding abstracts will be selected for oral presentation and poster awards.

 

Call For Abstracts

Submission Deadline: 17 June 2026
Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Rules for Submission

  1. All abstracts must be submitted using the Abstract Submission Form. All completed abstracts are to be submitted to conference secretariat at secretariat@sps.org.sg
  2. We regret that faxed abstracts will not be accepted.
  3. Please ensure the correctness of your abstract as it will be published as submitted; i.e. any error appearing in the submitted abstract will appear in the published book or website.
  4. All presenting authors must register for the conference.

Abstract Format

  1. Abstract must be in English, typed in Microsoft Word. Font: Times New Roman, regular only.
  2. Size: 10 points only.
  3. The title should be in capital letters and bold print. Do not centralise.
  4. Single space and justify the text.
  5. Limit the content to 300 words. Bar charts, graphs and tables are not allowed. Abbreviations, acronyms, and symbols should be defined clearly if this is used for the first time. Place the abbreviation in parentheses after the full word.
  6. Do not include any pictures and references in the abstract.
  7. Underline the name of the presenting author. Institution affiliation should follow list of presenting author(s).
  8. Potential conflict of interest must be disclosed in the presentation.
  9. Use generic names of drugs.
  10. Presenter must clearly indicate the preferred choice of submission: Oral and/or Poster presentation.
  11. The acceptance of abstract is subject to the full payment of conference registration fee no later than 14 August 2026 2359HRS (UTC +8) or the abstract will be removed and will be rejected for presentation.
  12. The content of the abstract is to be organized as follow:
  • Background/Aim: inform about the aim and objectives of the research;
  • Methods: explain the basis of the techniques which were used;
  • Results: describe the main results;
  • Conclusion: list the main findings of your investigations.
  • Sustainability: analyse if the result is sustainable or repeatable

Submission and Notification

  1. All abstracts submitted will be acknowledged through email within 5 working days upon receipt. (Please contact the Secretariat if you do not receive the acknowledgement email).
  2. The Scientific Committee decisions are final.
  3. The Organising Committee reserves the right to make changes to all oral and poster presentation schedules.
  4. Presenting authors will receive an email notification on abstract acceptance or rejection by 15 July 2026.
